Processing time

Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment. This is an estimate; processing can take longer if an item is unavailable or during holidays and peak periods.

Delivery estimates

For items fulfilled from overseas warehouses, standard transit commonly takes about 7–30 business days after dispatch. Actual time depends on the product, destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and local holidays. Some items or routes may take longer, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking and delays

We provide tracking information when it is available from the carrier. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch. If your order is delayed beyond the delivery period communicated for it, contact us through our contact form. If we cannot ship within the agreed timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
